Penalty for offences

Any person who commits an offence under40 (a) (b) (c) (d) section 22 (5) or (6); (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) section 30 (2); or (j) is liable to a fine of fifty dollars for each day or part thereof during which the contravention continues.
