Destruction of old records, etc

(1) The Registrar may destroy any record or document relating to a limited liability partnership which has been in his possession or under his control for more than five years. (2) Where any record or document has been in the possession of the Registrar or under his control for more than five years, no responsibility shall rest with any person in respect of that record or document not being forthcoming to any person claiming to be interested in it.
