Dissolution by act of partner or other occurrence

(1) Where a limited liability partnership is dissolved by any Act of a partner or by any other occurrence, other than that described in section 22 (1) , the designated partner shall, within twenty-eight days after the dissolution, deliver to the Registrar a statement of dissolution signed by him. (2) Upon delivery to him of a statement under sub-section (1), the Registrar shall register the statement and issue a certificate of dissolution of the partnership. 26 (3) If default is made in compliance with sub-section (1), the designated partner commits an offence.
