Validity and proof of registration

(1) No error in the declaration delivered to the Registrar pursuant to section 17, the annual declaration delivered pursuant to section 19 or any statement delivered to the Registrar pursuant to this Act, nor any default in the delivery of any such annual declaration, statement or copy required to be delivered to the Registrar under this Act, shall affect the validity of the (2) A certificate issued under section 17 (5), shall be conclusive evidence as to the registration of a limited liability
