Annual declaration

(1) Subject to sub-section (2), before the end of February in every year following the year in which a limited liability partnership is registered, the designated partner shall deliver an annual declaration signed by him to the Registrar stating the name and address of every person who, on the first day of January in that year, was a partner in the partnership. (2) If default is made in compliance with sub-section (1), the designated partner commits an offence.
