Admissions and retirement of partners

(1) An additional partner shall not be admitted to a limited liability partnership except in accordance with the partnership agreement. 21 (2) Except as described in section 25 (1), a partner may only retire from a limited liability partnership in accordance with the partnership agreement. (3) No retirement shall have effect before a statement is delivered to the Registrar specifying the change pursuant to sections 18 (1) or 25 (2), as the case may be. etc.
