Relationship of partners to one another

(1) Subject to Part I and V, the rights and duties of the partners in a limited liability partnership shall, as between themselves, be determined by the partnership agreement. (2) Nothing in the partnership agreement may deprive the partners of the benefit of section 6 (1). (3) Subject to sub-section (2), shall not be construed as limiting the ability of the partners in a limited liability partnership, as between themselves, to indemnify any of them or any former partner in respect of any debt or loss.
