Inquiries made to Office

The Registrar may acknowledge inquiries made to the Office, but the Registrar need not furnish any applicant or other person with information that would require a search of the public records of the Office, or to provide advice on matters concerning the interpretation of the Act or Rules, or concerning other questions of law.
