(1) For the purpose of recording transfer of a collective or certification mark, the transferee must submit to the Registrar an application in Form No. 23, together with the prescribed fee, the Registrar’s approval of the transfer and evidence satisfactory to the Registrar that the collective or certification mark has been transferred to the applicant. mark.
