Recording name change
Trade Marks Rules, r. 47 · Revised Edition 2020
When a registered owner or licensee of a mark wishes to record a change of name of the register, the registered owner or licensee of a mark, as the case may be, shall submit–
(a) an application in Form 17, together with the prescribed fee; and
(b) evidence satisfactory to the Registrar of the change of name.
