Recording address change

When a registered owner or licensee of a mark wishes to record a change of address on the register or other change on the register, not being a change referred to in Rule 47, the registered owner or licensee of a mark shall submit– (a) an application in Form 17 together with the prescribed fee; and (b) evidence satisfactory to the Registrar of the change of address. 30 Trade Marks
