Late renewal

If an application for renewal of the registration of a mark is submitted to the Registrar within 6 months from the date of expiration of the registration, the registered owner, registered licensee of the mark or an agent must complete Form No. 11 and Form No. 12 and submit them both to the Registrar, together with the prescribed fee.
