Transfer of application

A transfer of application for the registration of a mark may be recognized by the Registrar on the submission to him of an application in Form No. 5 by the transferee of the application, together with the prescribed fee and evidence satisfactory to the Registrar that the mark has been transferred to the transferee of the application; and if the Registrar is satisfied that the application for registration of the mark has been transferred to the transferee, he shall treat the transferee as the applicant thereafter.
