Name or address change

(1) A change of name or change of address of an applicant or a change of his address for service must be notified to the Registrar by a submission from the applicant in Form No. 4, together with the prescribed fee, but in the case of a change of name evidence satisfactory to the Registrar must accompany the submission. Trade Marks 19 (2) The Registrar shall recognize the change of address, or change of address for service, of an applicant; and when the Registrar is satisfied by the evidence submitted to him, he shall recognize the change of name of an applicant.
