Repeals

(1) The United Kingdom Trade Marks Act, Cap. 213, R. E 1980- 1990, and the Merchandise Marks Act, Cap. 209, R. E. 1980-1990, are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the above Acts, all Orders, Rules, Regulations or any other subsidiary legislation made under the repealed Acts shall continue in force in so far as they have effect as part of the law of Belize until revoked by subsidiary legislation made under this Act.
