The Paris Convention

(1) The Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of March 20th 1883, as revised or amended from time to time, the Regulations made thereunder, and the Administrative Instructions made under those Regulations shall be given full effect. (2) Where reference is made in this Act to the Paris Convention, such reference shall include the Regulations and Administrative Instructions referred to subsection (1) of this section. (3) Where the provisions of this Act and the Regulations made there under conflict with those of the Paris Convention, the provisions of the Paris Convention shall prevail.
