The Journal

(1) The Registrar shall publish in the Journal of Intellectual Property a notice of the registration of any trade mark. 14 (2) The Journal shall contain all such particulars of any application for the registration of a trade mark as may be prescribed (including a representation of the mark) and such other information relating to the trade mark as the Registrar thinks fit.
