Registrar’s annual report

(1) The Registrar shall in the month of December in each year, make a report to the Minister about the operations of the Office of Intellectual Property in respect of this Act, and shall include in such report the discharge of his functions under the Paris Convention and any other international arrangement concerning trademarks to which Belize is party. (2) The report referred to under subsection (1) of this section shall include an account of all monies received and paid by the Office of Intellectual Property pursuant to this Act.
