One application, etc

(1) Subject to subregulation (2), all correspondence addressed to the Registrar shall deal with only one application or registered layout-design. (2) Subregulation (1) does not apply in respect of (a) a transfer of an interest or grant of a license affecting a registered layout-design; Protection of Layout-Designs (Topographies) of Integrated Circuits (b) a change in the name or address of an owner of more than one registered layout-design; (c) a change in the name or address of an applicant for the registration of more than one layout- design; (d) a change in the name or address of the agent of an owner of more than one registered layout- design; or (e) a change in the name or address of the agent of an applicant for the registration of more than one layout-design.
