Protection Of Layout Designs (Topographies) Of Integrated Circuits Regulations, reg. 16 · Revised Edition 2020

Any layout-design data in printed form or integrated circuit products shall be filed at the time of or subsequent to the filing of the other material referred to in regulation 13, 14 or 15 and on or before the date of registration of the layout-design.
