Right to protection

(1) The right to protection of a layout-design shall belong to the creator of the layout-design and may be assigned or transferred by succession. (2) Where several persons have jointly created a layout- design, the right shall belong to them jointly. (3) Where the layout-design has been created in execution of a commission or a contract of employment, the right to protection of the layout-design shall belong, in the absence of an agreement to the contrary, to the person who commissioned the work or to the employer, as the case may be.
