Changes in ownership

(1) Any change in the ownership of a protected layout design shall be, (a) in writing and addressed to the Registrar; (b) recorded in the Register by the Registrar; and (c) published by the Registrar in the Journal. (Topographies) of Integrated Circuits 15 (2) A change referred to in subsection (1) of this section, shall have no effect against third parties unless it has been recorded.
