Application fee

(1) Every application for the protection of a layout-design shall be accompanied by the prescribed application fee. (2) Where the application fee is not paid, the Registrar shall, in writing, notify the applicant that the application shall be deemed not to have been filed unless payment is made within two months of the date of the notification. (3) Where the applicant does not pay the application fee within the time notified, the application shall be deemed not to have been filed.
