Certain information to be published in the Journal

(1) As soon as practicable after the Registrar has decided to make or decline to make a grant, the Registrar shall advertise his decision in the Journal. (2) As soon as may be after 1st January of every year, the Registrar shall prepare and publish in the Journal a list of the relevant varieties and the protected varieties that have been entered in the Register in the preceding year under regulation 4 (2) and (3) and are still in force as at that date. 10
