Multiple applicants

When, in respect of an application, there is more than one applicant, correspondence shall be conducted– (a) with the applicants’ agent in Belize who has been nominated to represent all the applicants; (b) with an applicant resident in Belize who has been nominated to represent all the applicants, if no agent resident in Belize has been appointed.
