Rules about specimens

(1) The Registrar may require that a graphic representation or a photograph be provided instead of a specimen when the size and weight of the specimen makes it difficult to process and store it; and, in any event, a specimen must not exceed one kilogram in weight or thirty centimetres in any dimensions. (2) Specimens that are perishable or made of dangerous material shall not be submitted to the Office.
