Examination of application

After according a filing date, the Registrar shall examine the application to determine whether, (a) it complies with the requirements of sections 5 and 6 of this Act; (b) it complies with the definition of a design under this Act; (c) the application fee has been paid; and (d) the industrial design is contrary to public order or morality.
