Changes in ownership

(1) Any change in the ownership of a registered design, or in the ownership of the application there for, shall be in writing and shall, upon the request of any interested party, be recorded and except in the case of an application, be published in the Journal by the Registrar. (2) A change under subsection (1) of this section, shall have no effect against third parties until it has been recorded.
