Savings and Transitional

Notwithstanding paragraph 1– (a) every international patent registered pursuant to Administrative Instruction No. 1 of 2004, shall be deemed to have been lawfully registered; and (b) every international patent application submitted to the Registrar before the entry into force of this Administrative Instruction, in accordance with Administrative Instruction No. 1 of 2004, shall be considered by the Registrar for determination.
