Cheques

A payment of a fee by cheque may be accepted by the Registrar as being a payment of the fee when the cheque is received by him, but if the cheque is not paid when presented to the bank on which it is drawn and not made good within such time as the Registrar may fix, the acceptance of the fee is revoked and any thing done pursuant to the payment is void and, if appropriate, shall be so recorded in the Register. 12
