Multiple applicants

When, in respect of an application, there is more than one applicant, correspondence shall be conducted– (a) with the patent agent who has been named to represent all the applicants; (b) with the applicant resident in Belize who has been nominated to represent all the applicants, if no patent agent has been appointed; or (c) with the first applicant named in the application, if there has been neither an agent appointed nor an applicant resident in Belize nominated to represent the applicants.
