Repeals

The Patents and Designs Act, Cap. 212 R. E. 1980-1990, and the Registration of United Kingdom Patents Acts of 1949 and 1977 (in so far as they have effect as part of the law of Belize) (referred to in this section as “the former Acts”) are hereby repealed, save that all Orders, Rules or Regulations made there under shall, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Act, continue in force until revoked by Regulations made under this Act.
