Immunity regarding official acts

Neither the Minister nor any person employed by the State or the Intellectual Property Office shallacts. (a) be taken to warrant the validity of any patent granted under this Act; or (b) incur any liability by reason of or in connection with any or investigation required or authorized by this Act or any report or other proceeding consequent upon any such examination or investigation.
