Seal

(1) The Registrar shall have a seal approved by the Minister, which he shall affix to every document issued by him, and to any copy of a document issued by him in lieu of the original document. (2) Impressions of the Registrar’s seal shall be judicially and officially noticed and admitted in evidence.
