Changes in ownership

(1) Any changes in the ownership of a patent or utility model certificate or in the ownership of the application therefore shall be in writing and shall, upon the request of any interested party to the Registrar, be recorded and, except in the case of an application, be published in the Journal. 50 (2) A change under sub-section (1) shall be of no effect against third parties until it has been recorded.
