Duration of moral rights and related rights

(1) The rights conferred by sections 15, 16 and 18 of this Act, shall subsist so long as copyright subsists in the work. (2) The right conferred by section 17 of this Act, shall subsist until the end of the period of twenty years from the end of the calendar year in which the person dies.
