Acts done to performance or recording for parliamentary proceedings, etc

The rights conferred by this Part are not infringed by anything done for the purpose of, (a) parliamentary or judicial proceedings or the reporting of such proceedings; or (b) the proceedings of a statutory inquiry or the reporting of such proceedings held in public.
