Particulars of shareholders and beneficial owners

Insurance (Electronic Accounts And Forms) Regulations, reg. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

The particulars of shareholders holding a significant interest in an insurer and the particulars of beneficial owners of an insurer shall be submitted in the form out as Form A.2 of the Schedule.
