Electronic submission of information and documents

(1) An insurer shall electronically submit to the Supervisor, on or before the thirtieth day of June of every financial year, the information and documents required under the Act, in accordance with the Guidelines for Filings, and using the respective forms, set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. (2) The forms containing information required under subregulation (1) to be submitted electronically are supplemental to all other reporting forms required by the Act, including the audited financial statements and the certificates signed by the auditor and actuary.
