Insurance (Electronic Accounts And Forms) Regulations, reg. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
In these Regulations“independent professional” in relation to an insurer, means a person who provides advisory services to the insurer as–
(a) auditor;
(b) actuary;
(c) legal counsel;
(d) insurance adjuster; or
(e) insurance consultant;
CAP. 251.
“significant interest” has the meaning given under section 38A(6) of the Act.
