Interpretation

In this OrderCAP. 251. “Act” means the Insurance Act; “micro insurance” means insurance that is designed to be accessed by low-income population groups, provided by a variety of different entities duly licensed under the Act, but operated in accordance with generally accepted insurance practices (which include the Insurance Core Principles).
