Advertisement

No agent, sub-agent, collector, or broker shall orally, make any statement, or issue, or permit to be issued any advertisement, statement, circular, descriptive booklet or other document, or make or permit to be made a statement by means of any broadcasting or other medium which misleads or is calculated to mislead the public.
