Production of certificate of licence

(1) Every person licensed under this Part shall if requested to do so by the Supervisor or by any person authorised by the Supervisor or by any person with whom such first-mentioned person is dealing in the course of his business as a broker, collector, agent or sub-agent as the case may be, produce his certificate of licensing or intermediary card for inspection. (2) Every person who fails to comply with sub-section (1) commits an offence.
