Implementation of proposal to refuse to licence, etc

Where any person has been notified under sections 83(2), 85 (1) or 85 (2) of his right to request the Supervisor to refer the proposal concerned to the Minister for review andrefuse to license, etc. (a) fails to make any such request, or having made such request, withdraws the request; or (b) the result of the review is the confirmation, with or without variation, of the Supervisor’s then, subject to any such variation, the Supervisor shall give effect to his proposal and notify the person in writing accordingly.
