Appeal of divestment directive

(1) The shareholder may appeal the issue of the divestment directive to the Minister within thirty days after the date of receipt of notice of the divestment order under section 7F(4), or within any longer period that the Minister allows, provided that the extension shall not exceed sixty days. 41 (2) The Minister may upon hearing the appeal dismiss the appeal or set aside the divestment directive.
