Confirmation of Court of scheme of transfer

Where an Order is made by the Court for the transfer of the business of a company to some other company, the Judicial Manager shall prepare a scheme of arrangement for the transfer in accordance with this Act and until the scheme is confirmed by the Court in accordance with this Act, the management of the company shall continue to be vested in the Judicial Manager.
