Maintenance of Register

The Supervisor shall maintain or cause to be maintained separate registers of35 (a) companies licensed to carry on in Belize the various classes of insurance business specified in Schedule I; Schedule I. (b) (c) insurance intermediaries; and (d) such other registers as may be required to be maintained under the Act or any regulations made thereunder.
