Appointment of independent arbitrator

(1) Where, in relation to any policy, any dispute or difference arises between an insurer and a policy holder, the Supervisor may appoint an independent person to act as arbitrator of the dispute or difference. CAP. 125. (2) An arbitration under this section shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act.
