Maintenance of documents at head office, etc

Every company shall keep at its head office or at the office of its principal representative in Belize, as the case may be, such books, vouchers, records, receipts and other documents as may be necessary to enable it to prepare for transmission to the Supervisor a statement of the insurance business carried on by it in Belize.
