Modification of effect of cancellation

Section 19 shall apply (with the necessary modifications) in relation to an insurance company that was carrying on insurance business in Belize immediately before the commencement of this Act and whose licensing is refused, as they shall apply to an insurance company whose licensing has been cancelled.
